When browsing our range of furniture, if you have any questions regarding our products, please contact our friendly customer services department who are available between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday via eBay message. We promise we will respond to your request within 48 hours or less.
1. Do we deliver on weekends?
With two men courier delivery (bulky items), we do delivery on Saturdays. However, it all depends on the area that you are in and what courier covers on Saturdays. We do not guarantee any fixed delivery dates within our 5-7 working days delivery time.
2. Do you deliver outside of the UK Mainland?
Yes, we do deliver outside UK Mainland with an extra cost associated with the delivery. Please check our delivery policy for more details.
3. Does the item come assembled?
Some of our products come pre-assembled and some come as flat packed. Please check details on assembly requirements on the listing.
4. Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, once the order has been placed simply send us an eBay message requesting delivery to the new address.
5. What courier has my item been sent out with?
If you check the tracking number that you are given on eBay, you will be able to see which courier company it is.
6. My order has not been delivered on the expected date. When will it be delivered?
Please send us an eBay message so we can investigate why the item hasn’t been delivered within the 7 working days delivery time.
7. How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund takes a maximum of 14 days. However, we do try to resolve the issue as soon as we can in a systematic way.
8. Can I request a dispatch for a later date?
In many cases, our customers ask us to deliver the product after the 7 working days delivery time we offer for delivery. It is possible to request a date after the 7 days and we will dispatch the product accordingly.
9. Do you have a store?
We have two stores in the West Midlands, mostly selling new items and customer returns furniture. However, online we have more ranges and products available than what the stores offers. Did we tell you? Shopping online is so much more convenient and affordable than the stores.
10. Do you offer any phone/email customer support?
We offer all of our customer service via eBay messages. Under different circumstances, we do call customers to resolve any issues that they may have with our products and services.
